Ghani Global Holdings Limited was incorporated in 2007 as Ghani Gases (Pvt.) Ltd. and listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange on January 5, 2010. The company was renamed Ghani Global Holdings Limited on August 28, 2019.
Following a Lahore High Court-sanctioned reconstruction scheme, the company transferred its manufacturing operations to subsidiary companies. Today, the principal activity of GGHL is to manage its investments in subsidiary and associated companies and trading activities.
